Acoustic / Electric Violinist & Violist | Arranger

Pippa is an Acoustic / Electric Violinist and Violist from London; she is also a multi instrumentalist and arranger.

Beginning violin lessons at the age of five, Pippa soon developed her passion for music, going on to join many orchestras, leading the Townley Symphony Orchestra and Bexley Youth Orchestra when she was seventeen and later leading the London College of Music Orchestra during her degree. Pippa has performed across Europe on numerous Orchestra tours and has performed in venues including the Royal Festival Hall in London, St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice and with the renowned London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sir Simon Rattle in Trafalgar Square. 

Pippa has a First Class Honours in BMus Music Performance (Classical Violin) from the London College of Music, where she also achieved a Diploma in Conducting. As a session musician she is experienced in a range of genres, including solo and orchestral repertoire, classical, musical theatre, chamber, folk, pop and film. She regularly plays in Symphony Orchestras around London, in function bands, pit orchestras for musicals and as a soloist for events, concerts and recording sessions. Pippa currently leads the Richmond Light Orchestra and has arranged and performed strings in the Thank You For The Music ABBA Tribute show.
